Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before implementation work begins, contact us promptly. We will review unused orders for a refund.

After Work Begins

Because this is a digital technical service, fees become non-refundable once implementation work has materially started, except where required by law or where we are unable to deliver the purchased service.

Problems With Delivery

If something included in the purchased setup is not functioning as described at handoff, contact us so we can correct the implementation.
